To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Are there any charges for return?
- A 25-35% restocking fee may apply on some returns
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return ( Please read our return policies above before you start a return request)
- If eligible, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Return address to send an eligible item back to our warehouse will be provided after an RMA# is issued to the customer
How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your return request will be processed either in the form of item replacement if available or issuance of a store credit for your next purchase.
