What items are returnable?
- You receive a factory-defective item
- You receive a wrongly-shipped item
Note: You must notify us of any of the above-mentioned incidents within the 24hours after receiving the delivery, otherwise your request to return an item will be denied. As a general rule, All SALES Are Final. NO RETURNS.
All Damaged-in-transit claims may take up to 120 days to resolve with the carrier.
What items are non-returnable?

- Custom made orders
- Any item other than factory-defective or wrongly-shipped ones.
- Freight-based items are non-returnable

- Original shipping charges is non-refundable

How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- If eligible, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
- If you are approved, then your return request will be processed either in the form of item replacement if available or issuance of a store credit for your next purchase.
