To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

We at Lamporia.com are always striving to make sure that our customers' orders are double-checked for quality assurance and accurately packaged before they're handed over to the carrier. Since Lamporia.com offers top quality products from some of the most prestigious home furnishing brands on the lowest prices possible, we do not accept RETURNS unless store's fault - All Sales are Final.

Please read the following to understand our return policies:


1. Defective Merchandise

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately either by sending an email at info@lamporia.com or by calling us at (877) 871-8726 within the 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Please note, all claims to return a defective item will be denied if not reported within the 48 hours after receiving the delivery.

Upon the receipt of the returned product, we will inspect the merchandise and notify you via e-mail whether or not you are entitled to a replacement/credit. Please note, we will issue store credit in case the replacement is not available. No Cash Refund.

2. Damaged-in-Transit Merchandise

If you receive your product damaged in transit, please let the driver know right away and refuse to accept the shipment for the damaged box/item. Please also take the pictures of the damage(s) whitch are required to process all damaged-in-transit returns. Please email us at info@lamporia.com or call us (877) 871-8726 to explain the situation. You must notify us of all the shipment damages within the 48 hours after receiving the delivery. Please note, all claims to return a damaged-in-shipment item will be denied if not reported within the 48 hours after receiving delivery.

Keep in mind, the damaged-in-transit claims can take from 30 to 120 days to resolve with the carrier. We also recommend that you choose a signature-on-delivery option for the items that are highly valuable to you to avoid any losses. All LTL Shipments must be received and signed by an adult at the time of the delivery.

3. Wrongly-shipped Items

All wrongly-sent merchandise must be returned in new and saleable condition, unassembled in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags or the case; and the product must not have been open, altered or used in any way. We can not accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used or tampered with. You must notify us of all wrongly-sent orders within the 48 hours after receiving the delivery. 



 Are there any charges for return?

  • A 25-35% restocking fee may apply  
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return ( Please read our return policies above before you start a return request)
  • If eligible, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
  • Return address to send an eligible item back to our warehouse will be provided after an RMA# is issued to the customer


How soon will I get my replacement/store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your return request will be processed either in the form of item replacement if available or issuance of a store credit for your next purchase.
